I love this place! Everything is delicious! I especially love the potato salad, and the coleslaw, and the chicken wings, and the ribs, and the macaroni and cheese, and the jerk chicken, and the brisket, and the smoke sausage. The BBQ sauce is great, and this is coming from a native Memphian (we are very particular about our BBQ). The owners are wonderful people who make you laugh and keep you smiling. Excellent food and service! Love it!

Several months ago, I ordered a sandwich. Enjoy I did! And I found out they were about to open a restaurant across the street. It took them awhile but here I sit, enjoying them once again…. Come experience Uncle C’s family. You’ll be glad you did.

While visiting my daughter in Woodstock she suggested a cook out. We placed our catering order with Uncle C’s. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the BBQ ribs with Uncle c’s hot sauce and baked beans. We plan to visit the actual restaurant before we leave the area

BBQ was good. We had chopped chicken, brisket, ribs, & the pulled pork. Nice smokey flavor. Chicken was very moist not dry. Ribs sandwich was a little different, the ribs were still on the bone. So my wife ate the ribs then ate the roll but ribs were delicious not too fatty. But the baked beans had a really nice flavor. Brisket was the best we’ve had in the area.
We had done this silly thing where we decided to visit a different BBQ restaurant every time we went to eat BBQ. We loved Williamson Brothers, thought Bub-Ba-Q and JD’s were okay, but were shocked at the flavor and quality of the barbecue at Uncle C’s. Once this place gets discovered, they’re going to need a bigger parking lot. Love the chicken and fries!
